General Terms
By using the Figure4u.com Website, THE BUYER (The Buyer) AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS OF USE, LEGAL NOTICES, PRIVACY POLICY and all other policies that appear on the Figure4u.com Website.
Figure4u.com reserves the right to make changes to the Figure4u.com Web site and its Terms of Use and Legal Notices at any time. Each time the Buyer uses the Figure4u.com Website, the Buyer should visit and review the then current Terms of Use, Legal Notices and Privacy Policy that apply to the Buyer’s transactions and use of this site. If the Buyer is dissatisfied with the Figure4u.com Website, its content or Terms of Use and Legal Notices, the Buyer agrees that his sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the services on Figure4u.com Web site.
The Buyer agrees to be perfectly aware that his agreement concerning the contents of these Terms of Use, Legal Notices and Privacy Policy does not require the handwritten signature of this document, insofar as the customer wishes to order online the products presented within the framework of the Figure4u.com Website. Prices on the Figure4u.com Website are indicated in Yen and do not include delivery fees.
The products in stock can only by paid in Yen (JPY) or Euro if you use bank wire.
The order with a product in pre-order can be pay in Yen, USD, Euro, CHF, GBP
Only the price specified in the invoice may be considered as final. Invoice prices include price of the products, handling/packaging fees, storage, and delivery costs.
Products are described with necessary details the Buyer shall be aware of before filling-in an order form.
There is no restriction on the number of items that the Buyer may order, in the extent of the available stock dispoyed on the Figure4u.com Website. Indication on the availability of the products confirmed at the time of ordering.
The company Figure4u.com has the right to modify and/or replace the products at any time, depending on the products offered for sale by its distributors.
Photographs, and/or graphics depicting a product are only displayed as additional information and Figure4u.com shall not be liable for them.

Any additional, different, or conflicting terms and conditions on any such document issued by the Buyer at any time are hereby objected to by the Seller, and any such document shall be wholly inapplicable to any sale made hereunder and shall not be binding in any way on the Seller.
On the date of signing the order form, the Buyer validates the general conditions of sale. The general conditions of sale will apply from the signing of the order form until the delivery of the order to the Buyer by the company Figure4u.com.
After placing an order, the Buyer shall receive an automatic email confirming the order and notifying him of the details of his order. He shall be informed of further evolutions until shipment of the order (by email, and by accessing “Figure4u.com > My Account > History”).
An order can take 3 to 4 days before getting ship.
After an order is put in preparation in progress no modification is possible (shipping method, delivery address etc..)
The order shall only be held as final when the Buyer receives the confirmation notice, and when Figure4u.com receives the entire payment for the order.
The company Figure4u.com strongly recommends that the Buyer keep a hardcopy of such information concerning his order.
The Buyer shall complete full payment of his order, at the time of his order. In no way shall any kind of payment completed to Figure4u.com be considered as a partial or advance payment.
Payment is completed to Figure4u.com when the Buyer validates his order.
All orders may be paid with Euro, USD, CHF, JPY, GBP, $ARS, R$ BRL, or $ MXN.
The Buyer may complete his payment by means of: online credit card payment / Paypal.
The Buyer certifies the company Figure4u.com that he is cleared to use the chosen means of payment at the time of completing his order.
The company Figure4u.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and / or shipment in the case of non payment of any amount due by the Buyer, or in the case of payment failure, whatever the current status of execution of the order.
The company Figure4u.com reserves the right to ask for a copy of official identification documents from the Buyer, for any payment by credit card.
For the pre-orders products, you have 2 solutions for pay:
- If you want to pay all when you make the order choose your usual payment method (credit card or bank transfer)
- If you want to pay later:

Pre-Orders
In this case, you don't have to pay anything at the time of order.
You can pay for your order at any time by going to the history of your orders (in your account) and clicking on "Pay My Order"
If your order has not yet been paid approximately 15 days before the official release, you will receive a reminder email.
You will have 15 days from the date of receipt of this email to pay your order before canceling.
Pre-orders are sent on the day of the official release in Japan. (subject to receipt of full payment and only if you do your order early)
CAUTION:
All the orders with items in stock ordered with an item in pre-order will be sent with the pre-order. (The item in stock will be in the same package as the pre-order.)
In this case, payment is required at time of order.
If you want the shipment of the product in stock immediately, please make a separate order.
In the case of an order with several items in Preorders WITH RELEASE DIFFERENT RELEASE DATE, we will only ship when the last product is release. (Payment must be made in full at for the release of the first product.
Regarding the evolution of the price for a pre-order product:
If the Figure4u lower a pre-order product price in Yen, you can ask us to update the price of your order with the new price. (or a refund of the difference for preorders already paid).
This is valid only before the official release of the product.
Caution, orders in others currencies (Euros, USD, CHF, GBP) are updated everyday depending on the Yen rate. The price of your pre-order in one of this currency can not be updated if the price only changed because of the YEN rate.
You will have to pay the price indicated in your order.
If you want have the last Yen rate, we recommend you to make your order directly in the Yen currency.
Any pre order made under a week before the release will not be garantee to have the pre order bonus.
Cancellation Policy
Figure4u.com does not accept any cancellation orders or pre orders paid/unpaid.
The products are delivered to the address indicated in the order form by the Buyer, who undertakes to take delivery of the products ordered. On delivery, the Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the goods, and indicate any damages to the company Figure4u.com within 2 business days following the delivery, by email.
We are shipping WORLDWIDE !
The Buyer shall chose a shipment method through the Figure4u.com website. Available shipment method are: Boat (Registered), Economic SAL (Registered or not), Airmail (Registered or not), Registered Airmail, and EMS Express (the fastest, and safest, similar to Fedex). Shipment costs are calculated automatically at the time of order.
A notification email is sent to the Buyer when his order is shipped. The Buyer may follow the evolution of his order through his personal account on the Figure4u.com Website.
Average time of shipment from Figure4u.com warehouse to Europe / the Americas are as followed:
- Boat: About 2 months
- Economic SAL (Registered or not) : 2-3 weeks
- Airmail (Registered or not): 8-10 days
- Transi-logistic: 8-10 days Only for Europe(*)

Please bear that those are average values, and provided as informational. Shipment may take more time, depending on mail traffic conditions.
Any shipment taking more time than indicated as above, does not give right to any kind of compensation, suspension, or cancellation of the order by the Buyer.
If a parcel is lost depending of the shipping method taken, Figure4u.com can refund the buyer on the condition that the Postal Service refund Figure4u.com
The postal Service will refund a certain amount depending on the delivey method chose:
Fedex : Depending of the declared value on the package
EMS: up to 20000 Yen
Transi-logistic: Depending of the declared value on the package
Air mail Registered : up to 2kg 6000 Yen, over 2kg 20000 Yen
Eco sal Registered : up to 2kg 6000 Yen, over 2kg 20000 Yen
Ferry : up to 2kg 6000 Yen, over 2kg 20000 Yen
These amount will be refund only IF it is the value declare on the package
If any other value is declare, the refund amount will be the one indicated on the package
It is the buyer responsability to tell Figure4u.com the amount he wants to declare on the package
Please note that a investigation is done by the Postal Service before handling the refund this investigation can take more then one month.
No Refund will be done until the investigation is over.

With this process we are aiming :

What we are planning to do is to group the orders from our clients( at least one time per week) which choose this shipping method and send them in a cargo-plane to our logistic partner in France , our partner will be charged to deliver orders in all europe (Schengen Area only outside DOM-TOM and Switzerland).
Depending of the shipping method choosed once in France your order will be deliver in 24h (Express) and between 48-72H (Standard)

Additional information about the shipping
- Every Thursday there will be a Transit-logistic shipping.
- Any orders made Monday before 9am (Japenese Time) will be ship on Thursday of the same week
- Any orders made Monday after 9am (Japanese time) will be ship on Thursday of the week after.
To meet European regulations , The VAT is included in the order
The Standard delivery will be done by Colissimo Expert for France, GLS for Europe except for the following countries : Grece Iceland , Malta , Norway which will be handle by Colissimo Expert International
Figure4u.com reserves the right to advance or delay the transit-logistic shipping
In the case of receiving a product that differs with the order (dis-functioning or non-conform), the Buyer must file his claim within the day of receiving the shipment.
The buyer will need to fill up a damage report with the delivery service if he received a damage parcel , this damage report need to be done before accepting the parcel, Any claim without the damage report will not be processed.
Claims shall be sent via email to Figure4u.com at the aforementioned address, and must include:
- The Buyer's address and identity.
- The references of the product.
- The motivations of the claim.
Product returns shall be done within 7 business days from the attribution of a return identification number by Figure4u.com Service Center.
In any other case, Figure4u.com may not proceed in any refund or any exchange of returned products.
All products to be exchanged or refunded shall be returned as Registered Airmail to Figure4u.com in their original packaging. The products must be complete with all their accessories, as in the original order.
Shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer.
The Buyer remains responsible for all risks and damage resulting in the return of his shipment.
All responsibility of shipment rest on the shipping company selected by the customer, Figure4u.com is not liable for any problem for the shipment.
If the Buyer want the parcel to be resend, all additional Shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer.
If the parcel is ship back in Japan for any reasons (absence, no claim, incomplete address....) all additional shipping cost will be pay by the customer.
In the case of non respect of the above procedure, the Buyer may not file any claim for non-conformity or defect of the delivered products.
Only video game systems & accessories are subject to guarantee, for a length of one year and in Japan only. This guarantee covers only production defects (damage due to shock or the presence of liquid is not covered by guarantee).
If the Buyer were to encounter a problem with a video game system or accessory bought on the Figure4u Website in one years time from the order, he may contact Figure4u.com and send back the product at his own cost (as Registered Airmail only , to : Figure4u, address aforementionned). Figure4u.com shall then send the product back to the maker in order to exercise product guarantee. Figure4u.com shall ask the Buyer to participate in subsequent delivery cost when repair is completed or product is exchanged.
All returns are subject to the Figure4u.com's explicit agreement. No return shall be accepted by Figure4u.com without such agreement.
In no event shall the company Figure4u.com be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the company’s performance or failure to perform under this sale, or the furnishing, performance or use of any, whether due to a breach of contract, breach of warranty, strict liability, the negligence of the company Figure4u.com, or otherwise. The company Figure4u.com is not the producer of the products it presents in its Figure4u.com Website. The Buyer expressly understands and agrees that the the company Figure4u.com cannot be held responsible for any deficiency in the products.
The company Figure4u.com shall not be liable for any delay in performance directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, natural disasters, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failure, late delivery by suppliers or any other difficulties which are beyond the reasonable control of the company Figure4u.com, such as a general lack of the goods and services required to establish the service contracted, unforeseeable delays on the part of suppliers or other third parties on which the company Figure4u.com depends and general transport problems. This includes also any failure of any electronic device and/or difficulties with communications networks. During the periods of force majeure the obligations of either party shall be suspended. The party concerned by the Force Majeure shall immediately advise the other within ten working days on the date the force majeure had occurred. In the delay of one month, the parties will come together and check whether their contractual obligations shall be furthermore suspended or not. The contractual obligations can be terminated by the injured party if the force majeure is still active after a period of three months.
If one or several provisions of these general sales conditions are considered or declared invalid in application of a law, a regulation or the final decision of any competent jurisdiction, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The fact that one of the parties fails to exercise it rights with regard to a breach by the other party of any obligation whatsoever specified hereunder, shall not be construed in the future as any waiver of the breach concerned.
The section headings used herein are for convenience or reference only and do not form a part of these terms and conditions, and no construction or inference shall be derived therefrom.
In case of dispute, the Buyer shall come to an amicable settlement with the company Figure4u.com.
By ordering via the Figure4u.com Website, the Buyer consents to the use by the company Figure4u.com of the personal information about the Buyer which he has given or which has been collected over the Figure4u.com Website. This information is needed for the company Figure4u to process your order.
To exercise this right, the Buyer should send an email to the company Figure4u.com.
The company Figure4u.com may share the personal information collected with any third parties of their choice involved in the supply of the products proposed. Such information is provided when necessary to the performance of the services and is kept in strict confidence.
